Looking for a larger studio, a local artist came to us with an idea to tear the roof off his existing garage and build an art studio over the garage. The resulting (almost unrecognizable) building now features an enhanced garage and a second floor filled with glass, north light, large walls for canvases and a balcony to boot. A wonderful space for creating no doubt.
