Capitol Park Passive House

Another Certified Passive and zero energy project, this house is perched on the east side of City Creek Canyon with views of the State Capitol, the LDS Temple, downtown SLC and the Great Salt Lake. Notable energy features include a SIPS roof, double-stud walls, drain water heat recovery, heat recovery ventilation, air to air heat pumps for heating/cooling and a triple-pane European window package.

And it’s not just going to be energy friendly. It will also be kid friendly as they use the slide down from the loft above the main living space. This is going to be a really exciting house!
